Duties

• Meet with clients to assess estate planning and elder law needs.
• Design and review estate planning documents, including wills and trusts.
• Advise clients on asset protection strategies.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and referral partners.
• Maintain accurate client files and documentation.
• Manage cases proactively from start to finish.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to improve processes.
• Stay current on changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Wisconsin.
• Experience or strong interest in estate planning and/or elder law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Empathetic, client-focused approach to legal services.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.
