Duties

• Manage an independent docket of personal injury cases.
• Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment.
• Retain and collaborate with liability, medical, economic, and engineering experts.
• Conduct expert and corporate representative depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Prepare and present cases for mediation and trial.
• Supervise paralegals, legal assistants, and case managers.
• Communicate effectively with clients and manage expectations.
• Travel for depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Focus on products liability cases.
• First-chair jury trial experience in at least five jury trials.
• Proven ability to take cases from filing through verdict.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
