Litigation Paralegal

The candidate must be able to perform functions such as drafting pleadings and discovery demands, document production, organization and review and providing general research and practical assistance in both state and federal court, and be familiar with both court systems. Experience with electronic discovery management and production, electronic filing and docketing in state and federal court, Excel, Worldox and Elite Time & Billing system is a plus.
