Duties

• Conduct and support False Claims Act investigations, including internal investigations related to healthcare fraud.
• Manage discovery and draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Research and analyze healthcare enforcement trends and compliance regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve client objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of complex litigation experience involving government enforcement or related white-collar matters.
• Experience with FCA-related litigation is preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance and prioritize competing priorities and responsibilities.
• Professionalism in engaging with demanding clients.

Education

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted or eligible for admission in MA, NY, or DC.
