• Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation, including drafting and filing legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed reports, memoranda, and correspondence.
• Engage in depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in insurance law and industry trends to provide relevant and informed legal advice.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.

• Excellent academic credentials, including a JD from an accredited law school.

Education:
