Position Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute complex legal strategies on high-volume, high-impact lawsuits, including representative claims and class actions

• Lead or supervise case teams through all litigation stages—from pleadings to trial or resolution

• Craft and argue dispositive motions, attend court hearings, and guide settlement negotiations

• Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff, fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and excellence

• Participate in strategic planning to help expand the firm’s litigation reach and social justice mission

• Liaise with clients, experts, and co-counsel while maintaining clear, effective communication on litigation progress

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Background:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience as a practicing civil litigator

• Substantial background in plaintiff-side or impact litigation, including wage disputes, employee protections, or class-based harm

• Demonstrated ability to handle complex caseloads independently or lead litigation teams

Education & Licensure:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active member of the California Bar in good standing
