Duties

• Handle complex litigation legal matters.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Analyze insurance coverage issues, including CGL, umbrella, and excess policies.
• Represent clients in complex insurance coverage disputes.

Requirements

• Three to four years of insurance litigation experience.
• Experience with policyholder insurance recovery litigation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Georgia.
