Duties

• Represent clients in all stages of civil litigation

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

• Conduct depositions, discovery, and legal research

• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials

• Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk management

• Collaborate with team members on case development and resolution

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Admitted to practice law in Washington, DC (or eligible for admission)

• Previous litigation experience preferred

• Strong legal writing and research abilities

• Comfortable handling a litigation caseload independently

Education

• J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

• Bar admission in Washington, DC or eligibility for reciprocity

Skills

• Effective courtroom presence and oral advocacy

• Proficient in legal research tools and litigation software

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
