Duties

• Conduct pre-suit through active litigation.
• Address select bad-faith matters.

Requirements

• Active Bar License in Arizona, Colorado, Missouri, or Utah.
• 1-5 years of first-party property insurance litigation experience.
• Ability to manage deadlines, hearings, and discovery independently.
• Capability to appear in Missouri courts as required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar License in Arizona, Colorado, Missouri, or Utah.
