The candidate must have a high level of academic achievement. Should have an advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in molecular biology or genetics, biochemistry, microbiology, virology or immunology. Prior law firm or industry experience and current Patent Bar membership is preferred. Candidate with strong scientific background who has not passed the Patent Bar exam will also be considered. Superb writing and communication skills are needed.
