Tax Analyst

The candidate must have a JD degree and/or CPA certification. Should have the ability to review, analyze, and evaluate client financial information (both individual owners and closely held businesses). Must be highly competent in the research of relevant taxing authority regulations and applicable tax code opportunities. Develop recommendations (working with a designated Tax Consultant) relative to modifications to client's business structure and tax practices. Must prepare customized reports detailing findings and recommendations for presentation by the Tax Consultant to client's tax and legal advisors. Must have excellent written skills and a solid understanding of the tax implications of business operations. Should be adept at tax deferral and avoidance planning and have proficient financial and analytical skills.
