Duties

• Provide counsel on regulatory compliance with Dodd-Frank, CFTC, and SEC regulations.
• Engage in legal risk assessment and management for complex transactions.
• Collaborate with global teams on cross-border matters.
• Represent clients in investigations and enforcement actions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in derivatives and transactional matters.
• Expertise in commodities, futures, and derivatives transactions.
• Familiarity with Dodd-Frank, CFTC, and SEC regulations.
• Experience with FinTech and crypto trading is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
