RESPONSIBILITIES
The Candidate shall directly monitor the operational status and analyze the performance of sensors supporting the DOD D&M Mission. Sensors may include Tethered Aerostat Radars (TARS), US Ground Based Radars (GBRs), PN GBRs, Tactical Data Link (TADIL), Costal Maritime Radar, ADS-B, AIS, etc. Intel and quality analysis shall be conducted utilizing tools such as Radar Data Interface System (RDIS), Radar Evaluation Squadron (RADES) System III/IV (RS3/4) Software, CDRADES, Radar Analysis Program (RAP) Software and miscellaneous other analysis tools provided by the Government or developed by the Contractor.
Assist in the deployment, set up, operation, sustainment, teardown, and redeployment of CD/CNT surveillance, command and control, and communications system (e.g. Ground Based Radar (GBR), SATCOM terminals, radar display systems, radar data transport networking systems, etc.) to countries within supported GCC Areas of Responsibility (AOR's)
Develop technical solutions for the integration of PN sensors which includes data format translation, transmission mode (internet/SATCOM), and security
Provide hands-on depot level sustainment support of CD/CNT D&M systems (e.g., PN radars, TPS-70, -75, -78, UPX-27/37 beacon systems, RICIs, DCG/Longports, SIUs, routers, switches, and display systems, etc)
Evaluate and make recommendations on operational performance
Provide training to US and PN personnel
Conduct technical SMEEs
Assist in the development of technical solutions for identified requirements, to include analyzing PN radar data and developing/implementing integration solutions, as required
Provide reports, briefings and performance analyses
Assist with the development of procedures, plans and documentation for testing and configuration management
Provide sustainment and installation engineering support for CD/CNT systems
Support the deployment, setup, employment, teardown and redeployment of CD/CNT systems
Assist in providing technical support and guidance on sustaining the MASS Satellite Communications (SATCOM) network and internet network
Assist in analyzing PN radar data and developing/implementing integration solutions
Provide technical assistance to host nation personnel, as required
Interface with AF and DDD organizations and service providers to ensure continuous radar service to the MASS program
Draft sustainment plans, assess logistics supportability and configuration issues and provide cost-effectiveness and trade-off analyses in support of ACC CD/CNT Program requirements
Must be willing to travel, up to 25%

QUALIFICATIONS
Secret Clearance required
At least five (5) years of radar technical experience with one (1) year of experience in the integration, sustainment, optimization and evaluation of detection and monitoring systems employed in the SOUTHCOM AOR
Experience in radar data analysis and communications technologies used to transport radar data, radar data formats and radar data translation
Experience with sensor systems used by the MASS program, the FAC and with JIATF-S C2 systems
Experience coordinating and working with other CD/CNT agencies such as ACC AMIC, ESC, and JIATF-SOUTH
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Previous military experience preferred
Strong computer literacy

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Travel to austere environments also required (up to 25% of time). Work outside and in inclement weather conditions may also be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
