Duties

• Draft motions and conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting.
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision.
• Handle civil cases through trial.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas; additional state licensure is a plus.
• 3-12+ years of experience in insurance defense preferred.
• Experience in construction defect, bodily injury defense, or other insurance defense matters required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Texas Bar certification required.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle cases through trial.
