The candidate will be proactive in learning and handling the multifaceted task associated with the position. Duties: Helping prepare files for court filings, including exhibits and other documents. Maintain litigation files. Assist in depositions, witness preparation, and research. Perform day-to-day tasks handling files in an orderly manner for retrieval. Phone communications with clients, opposing counsel, courts in furtherance of litigation process. Monitoring client’s medical treatment. Draft correspondence and assist in pleadings, motions, briefs drafting as well as many other documents needed in preparation for court. Paralegal education/certification is required. Prior experience in personal injury is required. Proficiency in Arabic or Spanish preferred.
