The role involves working directly with clients and senior attorneys on estate planning, special needs planning, trusts, probate, guardianships, conservatorships, asset preservation, and Medicaid applications.

Duties

• Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on all aspects of the file.
• Assist with estate planning, special needs planning, and trusts.
• Handle probate, guardianships, and conservatorships.
• Manage asset preservation and Medicaid applications.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in Estate Planning, Probate, or Elder Law preferred.
• Open to attorneys of all experience levels and those transitioning from other specialties.
• Ability to listen, empathize, and provide guidance in high-crisis situations.
• Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Persistence in pursuit of goals.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law.
