The candidate must have 3–4 years of experience at a large law firm and solid experience advising private equity funds and their portfolio companies with respect to sophisticated public or private acquisitions, growth investments and other similar transactions, as well as general corporate matters, including governance and securities law compliance matters. Should have excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
