Duties

• Handle complex patent litigation matters, including Hatch-Waxman litigation.
• Provide strategic dispute counseling for clients in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
• Collaborate with a team on sophisticated life sciences patent disputes before federal courts and the PTAB.
• Engage in depositions and work closely with technical and expert witnesses.
• Manage complex litigation matters effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in patent litigation.
• Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Experience with depositions and managing complex litigation.
• Commitment to excellence and client service.

Education

• Undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry, or related scientific discipline.
• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Bar in the United States.
• Registration to practice before the USPTO preferred.
