Location:

Duties:

• Lead representation of clients in workers' compensation proceedings

• Develop and execute legal strategies to resolve complex cases

• Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support client positions

• Handle hearings, negotiations, and settlement processes

• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with paralegals and legal support staff

• Coordinate case preparation and evidence gathering with legal teams

• Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in workers’ compensation law (senior-level experience strongly preferred)

• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently

• Demonstrated leadership in managing or mentoring legal teams

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
