Duties

• Manage all aspects of motor vehicle accident cases from client intake to settlement.
• Guide clients through the legal process, building trust and rapport.
• Conduct discovery and perform legal research.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and lien holders for optimal settlements.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams.
• Engage with expert witnesses and obtain necessary reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for litigation, including drafting pleadings and assisting with trial preparation.

Requirements

• Active member in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar.
• License to practice law in Minnesota preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in motor vehicle liability.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.
