Duties

• Advise start-ups and emerging growth companies on seed and venture capital financings.
• Conduct public offerings and manage venture financings using NVCA documents.
• Handle domestic M&A transactions for startup companies and investors.
• Communicate complex legal matters concisely and effectively.
• Collaborate with technology, life sciences, and CPG businesses.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in emerging companies and venture capital work.
• Minimum of ten venture financings using NVCA documents.
• Experience with domestic M&A transactions.
• Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• State bar admission in practicing location.
