Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation, including pre-trial motions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Provide legal counsel and representation to individuals with injury claims
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for clients
• Participate in trial and settlement strategy sessions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Demonstrated courtroom experience and comfort with trial proceedings
• Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar
