Duties

• Handle estate and trust litigation matters

• Assist in estate planning and estate administration

• Draft legal documents including wills, trusts, pleadings, and motions

• Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis

• Communicate with clients regarding case progress and strategy

• Collaborate with legal team on case preparation and court filings

• Attend court appearances, hearings, and related proceedings

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in estate litigation, estate planning, or administration

• Strong writing and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Demonstrated attention to detail and time management

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of New York (in good standing)
