Duties

• Evaluate, value, and negotiate personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Develop strategies to maximize settlement results efficiently.
• Hire, train, and mentor pre-litigation staff and junior team members.
• Enhance systems and processes to improve client experience and results.
• Collaborate with litigation attorneys for seamless case transitions.

Requirements

• Ability to evaluate and value pre-litigation personal injury cases accurately.
• Proven experience in settlement negotiations with insurance carriers.
• Strong client-facing skills for managing expectations and difficult conversations.
• Experience in hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active California Bar license (required).

Skills

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience with modern case-management systems (Filevine or similar a plus).
