The candidate will be part of a team of paralegals who support the Committee’s civil rights and racial justice advocacy. Will conduct client intake and will provide administrative and other support to litigation teams and the Committee’s other activities. Must have passion for civil rights and racial equity advocacy. Must have effective oral and written communication skills. Experience working with clients and communities from a diverse set of socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds strongly preferred. Experience working with community organizations highly desirable. Fluency in written and oral Spanish preferred.
