Duties

• Prepare and present motions, draft summary judgments, and proposed final judgments.
• Review files for judgment readiness and appear at hearings across multiple circuits.
• Address post-judgment matters and coordinate with paralegals on pre-hearing logistics.
• Attend mediations, depositions, and engage with clients and opposing counsel.
• Maintain and supervise a diversified caseload and draft legal documents.
• Conduct legal research related to contract law and consumer law issues.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
• Minimum 4 years practicing law in a Florida law firm.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
