The candidate will accept the reassignment of a substantial client list primarily in the Mountain Circuit, but also including the Enotah and Northern Circuits. The ideal candidate would be an experienced criminal defense lawyer with long term plans to remain in private practice. The attorney would also be willing to accept new clients in the region and to either have or be willing to establish a local office. Two or more separate law firms may be ideal.
