Duties

• Draft credit agreements and amendments for secured lending transactions.
• Prepare purchase agreements, indentures, and security documents for high-yield note offerings.
• Review commitment, fee, and engagement letters for committed financings.
• Conduct due diligence processes and report findings to clients.
• Prepare and review legal opinions and ancillary documentation for debt financings.
• Research and interpret relevant securities laws and corporate regulations.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents for financial transactions.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of New York.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree or equivalent.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.

Skills

• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in managing complex legal documentation.
