Duties

• Draft motions and manage discovery in complex cases.
• Interface directly with clients and opposing counsel.
• Handle a diverse caseload including commercial and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with partners, senior counsel, and associates.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Active member of the Alabama Bar.
• Reside in the Birmingham, AL area at or prior to hire.
• Work in-office at least three business days per week.

Education

• Exceptional academic background.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Alabama.
