Duties

• Assist with a vibrant and growing property casualty practice.
• Manage state court litigation and develop federal court experience.
• Draft legal documents including petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve client goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation.
• Proven experience managing state court litigation; federal court experience preferred.
• Admission to the Iowa Bar required; additional jurisdictions are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Iowa Bar.
