A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its Houston, TX office. This hybrid position requires 1-2 days in the office. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in health law, premises defense, and employment litigation, providing focused advocacy and client defense throughout the litigation process.

Duties

• Provide legal representation in health law, premises defense, and employment litigation.
• Defend clients at all stages of the litigation process.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Communicate directly with clients to address their legal needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of significant litigation experience, including first chair experience.
• Strong legal writing and communication skills.
• Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Texas state bar and in good standing.

Skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Outstanding judgment and organizational skills.
