Real Estate Finance Associate
The candidate will represent various public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional and financial investors in connection with a broad array of transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, complex financings and development of the commercial real estate. JD is required. Should have 3-6 years of experience for our Real Estate Capital Markets group. Admitted to Bar in a state where located is needed. Should have strong experience with commercial real estate law, focusing primarily on real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. Should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
