The candidate will provide administrative support for our VP Deputy General Counsel; Chief Counsel, Intellectual Property, and other attorneys as needed. Calendar Management, including coordination of meetings and travel arrangements. Type/edit/proof legal documents, contracts, correspondence, PowerPoint presentations and reports. Maintaining filing systems and records. Manage data input and database management for contracts, billing (Legal Tracker system), and others as required. Participate in and/or lead team and department meetings. Act as liaison for the department with vendors (including outside counsel), handling invoices and expenses. Experience working with confidential and privileged information. Act as a liaison for attorneys and provide customer service to clients outside the Law Department. Perform a variety of project-related duties to support Law, External Relations, Government Affairs and Ethics and Compliance initiatives.
