A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Workers' Compensation Defense team. This fully remote position is open to attorneys located anywhere in Florida. The role involves managing a caseload independently while collaborating with a senior Partner to develop litigation strategies and provide high-quality legal representation to clients. This position offers a valuable opportunity to enhance legal expertise in a supportive environment. Strong writing skills and experience reviewing medical records are highly desirable.

Location:

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation defense cases.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop and execute litigation strategies.
• Review and analyze medical records for case preparation.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and case summaries.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to address case progress and legal concerns.
• Effectively handle responsibilities in a remote work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation defense.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience reviewing medical records and drafting legal documents.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced setting.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.

Certifications:

• Active Florida Bar Membership in good standing.
