Duties:

• Collaborate with lead attorneys to conduct rapid response investigations following catastrophic losses.
• Assist in case evaluation and reporting, providing valuable insights into the litigation strategy.
• Engage in discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
• Conduct and defend depositions of witnesses, experts, and parties.
• Prepare for and participate in trial presentations, including witness examination and argumentation.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in insurance coverage and general liability litigation.
• Admission to the Georgia Bar is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation practices.
• Excellent research and writing skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
