2L Financial Services Regulatory Summer Associate - Miami

Carlton Fields is seeking a 2L to join our cutting edge Financial Services Regulatory practice in the Miami office. This position is for our 2023 summer associate program, and if the candidate is available, for a law clerk position during the school year. The law clerk position would require a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Because our work takes existing state regulatory frameworks and applies creative solutions for delivering insurance and financial products to consumers, we are looking for candidates who are both intellectually curious and innovative. Undergraduate major or coursework with a focus on business, economics, or STEM disciplines is preferred. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited U.S. law school with an anticipated graduation date in 2024.
