Duties

- Manage commercial real estate repurchase facility and warehouse lending.
- Participate as a key member of deal teams, overseeing transactions from due diligence to closing.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of securitization experience.
- Experience in large law firms is strongly preferred.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
