Tax Specialist

The candidate will prepare state and federal individual, corporate and partnership income tax returns, and fiduciary income tax returns for estates and trusts. Maintain an active PTIN (Preparer tax Identification number). Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Prepare state and federal individual, corporate and partnership income tax returns. Prepare fiduciary income tax returns for estates and trusts. Prepare tax related correspondence. Prepare partnership and corporation tax work papers. Assist with maintenance of IRS practitioner functions such as e-Services. Time entry, scanning, e-mailing, etc.. Assist in Firm marketing for practice area. Performs other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required. Should have 5+ years of experience in an accounting firm or law firm in the preparation of individual, corporate and partnership income tax returns, and fiduciary income tax returns for estate and trusts. Law Firm experience is preferred. CPA is preferred
