Profile
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Attorney to join its Litigation Support and Information Management team. This is a full-time, non-partnership track role for a candidate with expertise in the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and a demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive discovery projects. This position involves significant coordination with attorneys, clients, and vendors, and offers the opportunity to contribute to high-stakes litigation in a hybrid work setting.
Lead eDiscovery efforts on complex litigation matters
Coordinate project execution to ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Draft and negotiate discovery protocols, protective orders, and related agreements
Act as the primary contact for internal case teams, clients, and third-party vendors
Manage data identification, preservation, and collection processes
Create and oversee document review workflows, including quality control procedures
Supervise and manage document productions
Develop project budgets, forecast revenue, and oversee monthly invoice reviews
Provide guidance and training to review attorneys to ensure accuracy and productivity
Foster a collaborative, productive, and professional team environment
3–5 years of experience in eDiscovery within a law firm, corporate, government, or vendor setting
Admission to practice in the state where services are being provided
Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects
Proficiency in handling sensitive data with accuracy and discretion
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to engage in extended computer-based work and participate in virtual meetings
Willingness to perform additional related duties as needed
Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) from an accredited law school
Active and in good standing with a U.S. state bar
Deep understanding of the EDRM framework and eDiscovery best practices
Strong legal writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective leadership and mentoring abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to influence others and manage review teams efficiently
Familiarity with document review platforms and legal technology tools
