Duties:

• Draft and prepare legal documents, including motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.
• Provide legal advice to clients, helping them evaluate options and develop strategies for achieving successful outcomes.
• Oversee the work of paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff.
• Manage client relationships, including tracking time records, reviewing client billing, and coordinating meetings and case updates.
• Identify and resolve potential client conflicts and develop case strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently while managing a substantial caseload.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant technology platforms.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a law firm, with a focus on family law preferred.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the local Bar Association, with preference given to those in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership, with a preference for candidates in good standing.

Skills:

• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
