The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of Personal Injury cases, from evaluation to settlement, and possess strong leadership skills to guide a legal team effectively.

Job Overview:

• Manage Personal Injury cases from inception to resolution
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients
• Conduct medical reviews and negotiate settlements
• Handle a large caseload with effective leadership
• Create litigation plans and conduct discovery
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus

Duties:

• Evaluate the merits of Personal Injury cases
• Communicate effectively with clients
• Negotiate and settle cases as necessary
• Handle medical reviews and documentation
• Create mitigation plans for each case
• Conduct discovery and gather evidence
• Open new files and manage case documentation
• Interact with clients during their time of need

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Personal Injury Litigation Attorney experience
• Firm understanding of Florida Personal Injury law
• Trial experience is a plus
• Leadership skills to build and manage a legal team
• Determination to achieve the best results for clients

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the Florida State Bar

Skills:
