Duties

• Design and draft complex estate planning documents, including wills and trust agreements.
• Draft documents for transferring stock, business interests, and real estate.
• Manage complex trust and estate administrations.
• Draft trust modifications, decantings, mergers, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis for multijurisdictional estate planning.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in estate planning for high-net-worth individuals.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing complex matters.
• Excellent academic and working credentials with strong research and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced law firm setting on trust and estate matters.
• Good standing with the Texas Bar or eligible for admission.
• Ranked in the top of law school class or graduated from a top-tier law school.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
