A well-established law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its Palm Coast, Florida office. This role is ideal for a legal professional with a solid background in real estate transactions, land use, and zoning matters. The successful candidate will advise institutional clients, developers, and investors on a broad range of property matters, from acquisition to financing and regulatory compliance.

Location

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, purchase agreements, leases, and financing documentation

• Advise clients on land use, zoning laws, permitting, and environmental regulations

• Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions to ensure compliance with applicable laws

• Represent lenders in secured real estate transactions, including mortgage and title matters

• Collaborate with title companies to resolve title defects, disputes, and insurance concerns

• Provide legal support to developers, investors, and municipalities in land development projects

• Manage multiple real estate matters simultaneously and effectively

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate law

• Proven ability to handle complex real estate transactions from start to finish

• Experience advising institutional and private clients on zoning, permitting, and title issues

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida

• Strong knowledge of Florida real estate law and zoning regulations

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
