Duties

• Design and document workflows for Texas personal injury operations.
• Standardize forms and templates for attorney and paralegal use.
• Define case-handling benchmarks and communication protocols.
• Collaborate with leadership to align Texas procedures with firm-wide systems.
• Manage a limited docket of personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
• Evaluate cases, conduct client interviews, and oversee discovery and settlement processes.
• Negotiate claims and ensure client satisfaction through strategic advocacy.
• Serve as the Texas process leader and liaison with headquarters.
• Train and mentor junior attorneys and support staff on new systems.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to refine processes.

Requirements

• Active Texas Bar license.
• Minimum 5+ years of personal injury experience.
• Experience in building or implementing SOPs in a law firm environment.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to professional integrity and client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
