A law firm seeks an experienced Trial Attorney in Jacksonville, FL, to join their dynamic legal team. Duties

• Serve as lead counsel on personal injury cases, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters.
• Manage a full caseload from initial investigation through verdict or settlement.
• Handle all aspects of litigation: depositions, discovery, motions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Develop case strategies and prepare compelling arguments for trial.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and team members.
• Participate in firmwide strategy meetings, case reviews, and mentorship opportunities.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Florida and in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience, with a proven track record of first-chair trial experience (jury trials strongly preferred).
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively in a team environment.
• Deep knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence.
• Passion for representing injured individuals and delivering justice.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
