A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Counsel to join its transactional real estate practice. This role involves working on a variety of complex matters including purchase and sale agreements, leasing, joint ventures, and due diligence. Location

• San Antonio, TX

Duties

• Draft and negotiate real estate purchase and sale agreements

• Prepare and review commercial leases

• Structure and document real estate joint ventures

• Conduct due diligence for a variety of real estate transactions

• Advise clients on real estate-related legal matters across various sectors

• Collaborate with firm attorneys and clients in a team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Significant experience handling real estate transactional matters

• Background working with convenience stores, family offices, or renewable energy clients is a plus

• Ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish

• Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (preference for TX or NC based on location)
