Duties

• Provide legal counsel and draft legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Advocate for clients in and out of the courtroom.
• Manage cases under senior attorney supervision.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in employment law, focusing on wage and hour class action cases.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Position is 100% in-person at the downtown Los Angeles office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
