The candidate's duties include: Follow set procedures and steps to review accounts; Possible e-filing approved documents on various court portals; Following up on e-filed documents online, downloading filed documents; Docketing relevant information; Communicating with court clerks for status updates via phone; Closing accounts in our system once certain criteria has been met; Should have Prior law firm experience. Prior banking or logistics experience also a plus. Above average customer service skills preferred. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum: High school diploma. Preferred: Bachelors or Paralegal Certificate. Should have ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, SOP Standard Operating Procedures and procedure manuals.
