A law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate in Newport Beach. The ideal candidate will have experience in patent litigation before U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, or the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Duties

• Represent clients in patent litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Collaborate with team members on case strategy.
• Participate in hearings and trials.

Requirements

• Experience in patent litigation.
• Familiarity with U.S. district courts and related legal bodies.
• Membership in the Patent Bar preferred.

Education

• Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent.
• Advanced degree or industry experience is a plus.

Certifications

• Patent Bar membership preferred.
