The candidate will primarily support Personal Injury attorneys in City office. Drafting pleadings, discovery demands and responses, and other legal documents as well as trial preparation. Correspondence and communication with defense counsel, clients, and others to carry out responsibilities of the position. Should have a Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate or Associate's Degree. Must have 5 years of experience in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury matters. Significant experience with all phases of a litigation practice is a strong plus. Must have a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
